After you place an order, our happy jewelry artists will work assiduously to craft your own GemCity.co jewelry. We would like you to allow 2-3 business days to work on your order because we handcraft every order with love and to give you satisfaction.

We accept returns on items we sell that you are not satisfied with – even personalized items. Our job is to make you the jewelry you love and desire. We don’t cover return shipping cost at this time.
